The Journey Thus Far
My desire is to provide financial support throughout the transition from adolescence to young adulthood. As a college and career counselor over the course of the last decade, I've taught students from all walks of life. From providing them with College 101 classes, assisting them in finding well-matched scholarships, deciding on the best-fit campus through firsthand exposure to many institutions, and guiding them through their individualized financial aid process. I have been on the journey with students through tireless essay revisions and writing them letters of recommendation. For many, all this still does not cover the complete cost of their tuition. I created this fund to raise awareness and bring together resources.
